22 feet Ganpati idol collapses in Mumbai's Bhuleshwar, 2 killed and 5 injured; Major accident during arrival

A major accident took place during the arrival of Ganpati idol in Bhuleshwar, Mumbai. Two people died and five were injured when the 22 feet high statue of 'Bhuleshwarcha Raja' suddenly collapsed. After the accident, teams of police, fire brigade and ambulance reached the spot. The incident, which occurred ahead of Ganeshotsav, has raised concerns over the safe transportation and installation of the idols.
