We do not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted text, images, or broadcast materials. All rights remain with the respective original publishers.

Analytical Estimates: The political leaning classifications (Left, Center, Right), blindspot indicators, sentiment analysis, and factuality tags displayed on CivicLens are editorial and algorithmic estimates. They are generated through a combination of manual research and automated AI tools, designed strictly to help users visualize different media perspectives.

No Guarantee of Infallibility: CivicLens does not warrant or represent that our bias classifications, summaries, or categorization metrics are absolute, definitive, or free from error. These ratings represent analytical perspectives rather than absolute factual declarations. Users are strongly encouraged to read the full source articles linked on our platform to form their own independent conclusions.

Account Registration: You may browse public editions of CivicLens without an account. Registering an account enables personalized features like saved stories and reading bias metrics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Prohibited Conduct: When using the Platform, you agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CivicLens, its founders, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
