In Thoothukudi, mother was murdered by hitting a nail on her head, son sent the picture to his brother; Police arrested the accused

A 27-year-old youth allegedly killed his 62-year-old mother in Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi. After the incident, the accused sent the mother's picture to his elder brother living in Chennai on WhatsApp, after which the matter came to light. The police have arrested the accused and started interrogation and he has been admitted to a government hospital for mental treatment.
