CIC Directs CBSE To Provide Answer Sheets Under RTI Rules, Calls Revaluation Restriction Inconsistent With Transparency Law

The CIC has directed CBSE to provide answer-sheet copies under the RTI Act at fees prescribed by the RTI Rules, 2012. It also recommended amending a CBSE circular barring revaluation after RTI access, saying the restriction is inconsistent with the RTI Act’s transparency provisions.
