Gangster Kala Jatheri gets 7-hour parole for his twin daughters' rites

Gangster Sandeep alias Kala Jatheri was granted a seven-hour custody parole by a Delhi court. He visited his native village in Sonipat, Haryana, under police custody to participate in religious ceremonies for his newborn twin daughters.
