NBA to continue boycott of AG’s court appearances

Dimapur, September 20 (MExN): The Nagaland Bar Association (NBA) has announced that it will continue with its ongoing boycott of the Advocate General's appearances in court through both physical and virtual modes, in line with its earlier decision made on June 8, 2026. In a press release issued by NBA Joint Secretary Akum Pongen, the association detailed the resolutions adopted during its executive committee meeting (Resolution No. 2/18.09.2026). The executive committee expressed its deep appreciation to members of the Bar for successfully enforcing the boycott during the Advocate General's appearance at the Kohima Bench of the Gauhati High Court on September 15, 2026.
