Unidentified male body recovered in Dimapur

Dimapur, September 22 (MExN): An unidentified male body was recovered from Rail Bazaar, Dimapur, on September 22, police said.According to the PRO, Dimapur Police, the body was recovered after personnel from Sub-Urban Police Station rushed to the spot following telephonic information at around 10:30 am.Police personnel subsequently conducted an inquest and the cause of death is suspected to be natural and related to starvation, it said. After completion of the legal formalities, the body was shifted to the District Hospital Dimapur morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.The Dimapur Police has requested the deceased's relatives, friends or anyone who may be able to identify him to contact the Officer-in-Charge of Sub-Urban Police Station at 7085055026.
