Weather today September 23: IMD issues red alert; check which states are likely to see heavy rain

IMD has issued an extreme rain warning for Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana and Chhattisgarh as a Deep Depression over the Bay of Bengal moves towards the coast.
