Supreme Court's green signal on Bhopal Master Plan, path opened after 21 years; Action continues on commercial activities

The Supreme Court has given permission to present the new draft of the master plan of Bhopal which has been pending for 21 years, but the approval of the court will be necessary to implement it. Bhopal Municipal Corporation's action against commercial establishments running in residential areas will continue. The court has directed to take action without discrimination and present the report in the next hearing.
